David Moya David Moya was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on October 19, 1984. During the early stages of his life he advanced in school and received many awards & recognition early in his childhood. From that point, he would grow to be head of his class from middle school, well on into High school. He moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1995, and was introduced to Floyd Mayweather Sr., who encouraged him to get involved in boxing. From that point, boxing has played a key role in his life. Dave moved to his main residence of Las Vegas, Nevada in 1998, along with his mother, Judy, and two brothers. David attended Centennial High School, where he maintained a 4.12 Grade Point Average, and maintained a perfect academic record for 4 semesters straight. Due to his influence by boxing, Dave continued his Junior year with the independent study program, where he excelled rapidly and completed both his Junior and Senior years in one year, thus graduating at the age of 16. He compiled a list of credentials with accredited local colleges, and received attendance letters from UCLA, Auburn University, and Washington State University. Although these offers were greatly appreciated, Dave decided to spend a year at home and continue boxing in Las Vegas. It was then that he became more involved with programming languages and computer science applications. Being self-taught, he continued his advancement in working with computers, and established high involvement with a computer programming company by the name of Laviethon Networks. Dave now works part-time for Laviethon Networks as a computer programmer, and also spends some of his time on a joint venture with Diamond Gloves Media. Dave's hobbies include staying active in sports, traveling, drawing & painting, going to the movies, and playing video games. Among all things, his true passion lies with boxing. Committed to the game 100% both physically and mentally. David currently lives in Las Vegas with his mother and two brothers, and is trained by Jeff Mayweather, and Oscar DeLaHoya trainer, Floyd Mayweather Sr. Dave plans on attending one of the colleges that were offered to him in the near future. In the meantime, Boxing will be his main priority.
